KO Cups is a compact Korean fast-casual spot tucked inside the Veranda shopping center in Concord. Without indoor seating, it leans heavily on the communal outdoor spaces around the plaza, which are well-kept and offer a relaxed picnic-style setting with plenty of seating. This setup makes KO Cups a convenient stop for a quick bite, especially if you're already spending time in the nearby shops or catching a movie at the adjacent theater.

The menu focuses on Korean-inspired cup meals—portable and filling bowls like the Chicken K Cup, Beef Bulgogi Bowl, and spicy pork combos. Portions are on the modest side, primed for casual eaters rather than big appetite crowds. Their sauces receive consistent praise for elevating the flavors, and the mix of fresh vegetables helps balance the hearty rice and protein components. The Rose Tteokbokki stands out as a creamier, milder spin on a Korean street food classic, with the option to amp up the heat for those who prefer it spicy.

Service here is straightforward and friendly, aligning with the fast-food pace. Guests tend to appreciate the reasonable prices and speedy order turnaround, making KO Cups a practical choice for lunch or a light dinner. While the fries might not steal the show, the dumplings and Korean sodas add interesting variety to the meal.

This spot works best for locals or visitors looking for quick, casual Korean eats without the formality of a full-service restaurant. Given the absence of indoor dining, planning your visit during daylight or early evening when the plaza seating is inviting helps enhance the experience. Families, small groups, and solo diners who enjoy an easy-going, no-fuss dining rhythm are the typical crowd. If you're passing through Concord and want a taste of Korean flavors in a modern, accessible format, KO Cups fits nicely into the mix of neighborhood offerings at the Veranda.

I live an hour or so away from Concord and am always looking for an excuse to come down here so I can get myself a B cup from KO Cups!! One of my favorite food stops to go to! Beef is so flavorful and the vegetables taste fresh. Their sauces are AMAZING. Staff is very friendly as well. Would definitely recommend this place to others.

Everything is good, except the size. It locates next to the theater and the water fountain. Since it is a small shop, they do not have room for indoor dining, while outdoor has a lot of seating, which shares by all the business in the area. I ordered S-cup(korean pork with rice), and K-cup+egg(like popcorn chicken with rice). I cannot say they are the best, but good enough. Kinda disappointed due to the size, but around $10 buck, what can you ask for more in these days (inflation is crazy high). They tasted good, nothing surprised. If you are a person eat a lot, then one cup may not enough for you. They may have different size? They have two little utilities stations inside, so you can add sources, napkin, utensils, etc. Staff was friendly. Serving was fast.

Its a small little shop with no indoor dining but it's inside the Veranda shopping center which is phenomenal and has several small shops like this and offers several area to eat outside including a grass (that high end fake grass) where you can have a picnic. The staff was nice and helpful and the items we purchased were delivered quickly and responsibly priced.

In a nutshell; ok food to just chill while hanging out in the nice plaza. The bulgogi cup I got was fairly decent. Good amount of bulgogi, egg was ok, good amount of rice. The fries are bit of a disappointment though, I paid for bbq chicken add-on and it was very dry. The fries itself are ok, wasn't too greasey but thought it'd be better. Wasn't difficult to get a seat, plenty of chairs and tables around. Nice plaza to just relax and eat at. Overall ok place to just stop by if you're looking for some easy asian/korean food.

This is definitely one of my favourite restaurants in the area. My go-to is the B-cup. No indoor seating, but the plaza has so much seating, you likely won't have any trouble finding a place to sit. They also have lots of fun and unique Asian soft drinks

I came to this restaurant for lunch. The food was very delicious and to die for. The people that work there were so nice and my food didn’t took long to make. I been here twice already and looking forward to eating there again. I love their mango soda. You wouldn’t be disappointed coming here.
